Babolat Warranty Policy

All Products Except Shoes: One year from the date of purchase.

Shoes: Six months from the date of purchase.
Claim Process:

Warranty claims must be initiated through the retailer that you made your purchase from.

Babolat does not accept direct returns from consumers, except for purchases made online at babolat.ca.

All warrantied products must be returned to the dealer with valid proof of purchase.
Terms and Conditions:

Warranty applies only to products purchased from an authorized Babolat dealer.

Coverage includes manufacturing defects and issues in workmanship.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Negligence or abuse.

Improper stringing, maintenance, or handling errors.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., multiple frame breaks, visible impact damage, worn butt caps, bumpers, grommets, or exposed/splintering fibers).

Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or accidents.
Examples of non-covered damage:

Cracked frames from impacts or mishandling.

Abrasion on shoe outsoles, which is considered normal wear and tear.
Resolution:

Babolat reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at its discretion.

Claims that do not meet the terms and conditions may be denied.

Consequential or incidental damages are not covered.
